CBC News - Politics - WikiLeaks founder calls for Flanagan charge

Tom Flanagan says he regrets saying WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange should be assassinated for his organization's publication of secret U.S. diplomatic cables. (CBC)
Mr. Flanagan committed a crime by going on television and encouraging the assassination of Mr. Assange. Canada is a just society that is governed by laws and if he is not charged with a crime it will be saying to the world that Canadian officials agree with his remarks. Especially considering his close relationship with the Prime Minister.

  1. I was watching TV when Flanagan uttered those words. I was completely taken aback. I agree that this man should be charged for inciting murder.
